- Rates provided are per day based on a party of 2 adults and 3 children (14 and under).
- Additional tents will be charged $10.00 per night.
- For reservations without a credit card, we will require the first night's payment in addition to the $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee either by paying onsite or by mailing a cheque or money order. The same rule applies for no shows.
- Minimum 3 night stay on long weekend bookings May through September AND ON RODEO WEEKEND (3rd weekend in Aug)
- Campers will be charged for the minimums listed above and management reserves the right to place another group in your area if minimums are not met.
- A list of all campers must be provided by fax or e-mail one week in advance.
- Silver Birch recommends that guests make reservations for campsites especially on long weekends when we are at full capacity. There is a $5.00 non-refundable fee required for each site reserved which will be charged to your credit card. A 48 hour cancellation policy is in effect. We will hold your reserved site until 12:00 P.M. the next day unless you phone the registration office notifying us that you will be late. If you are a no show or your site reservation is not cancelled 48 hours prior to your arrival date, the first night camping fee will be charged back to you.
- There will be a $2.00 charge for pets. No pets on the beach front. Sorry no Pit Bulls, Dobermans or Rottweilers allowed on Resort property.
- Please ensure you keep your campsite clean and tidy at all times. A $25.00 surcharge will be in effect for any campsite left in a substandard state.
- 5% GST applied to all rates.
- US exchange rate in effect.
- All campgrounds come with picnic table and BBQ pits (firewood bundles available at store for $5 per bundle).
- People visiting campers will be charged day use fees.
- There is a one week limit on tents unless otherwise agreed to with management.
- PLEASE NOTE: **During Rodeo, rates will increase by $5.00 per site. There will be a $10.00 surcharge for extra tents and trailers on each site. A minimum of 3 night stay required for all campsites)
