The Kikino Silver Birch Resort & Campground staff welcomes you to enjoy our Resort and Campground.  We hope your stay with us will be enjoyable and relaxing.

As we have other customers enjoying our cabins and camp stalls, and we want all our customers to be happy and satisfied, we need to remind everyone who comes to stay with us that there are some rules as follows:

	Registration
	Check out time is 11:00 A.M. Check in time is 2:00 P.M. Check in at the store upon each arrival

	General
	Quiet time is ALL THE TIME. There will be ZERO TOLERANCE for loud groups, music or generators after 11:00 P.M. Keep music to a minimal level all day and evening. Do not run generators continuously. Keep campsite clean and tidy. Ensure your site is clean on check-out. A $25.00 surcharge will be in effect for any campsite left in a substandard state. No open alcohol anywhere on Resort Property (alcohol in YOUR SITE ONLY) Be respectful and considerate of other guests.

	Firewood and Fires:
	Outside firewood is not allowed on the Resort property. Firewood bundles must be purchased at the Resort store. Do not leave fires unattended. Make sure your fire is completely out before going to bed. Fires are only permitted in stoves/pits. No fires on the ground. Do not burn firewood on top of grates. Resort attendants reserve the right to put out unattended fires by whatever means necessary. No cutting of trees or brush allowed.

	The Beach
	Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach. Vehicles (ATV included) are not permitted on the beach. No pets are allowed on the beach. Do not leave cigarette butts on the beach. No motorized watercrafts are allowed in the swimming area, There is no lifegaurd on duty at the beach. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

	Resort Property
	Do not cut any trees (if dangerous please contact staff). No use of equipment such as power saws, bobcats, etc. No disturbing ground (digging in the ground for roots, rocks, stumps, etc) The maximum allowed amount of motor vehicles, camping accommodation units and pieces of towed equipment permitted on a campsite is four unless you have written permission from management. No camper units are allowed on the grass. Tents are permissible. No cleaning fish in campsites. Do not remove picnic tables from designated campsites. Shower building is closed from 11:00 P.M to 7:00 A.M. Please use provided garbage cans and use our recycle program.

	Quads/ATVs
	ATV's/Quads should at all times have a muffler, if your quad does not have one, please have one installed immediately. ATV's/Quads will obey the posted speed limits. Keep ATV's/quad on quad trails ONLY  - The Beach, the rodeo site and racetrack is off limits. No Exceptions. No riding quads after dark or after 10:00 pm whichever comes first

	Pets
	Keep your pet on a leash & no excessive barking. No pets on the beach or playgrounds. Sorry no Pit Bulls, Dobermans or Rottweilers allowed on Resort property. All pets must be registered at the Resort store/Check-in. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets are to be on a leash at all times. Control barking at all times and do not leave dog unattended. Absolutely no dogs are allowed in the cabins.

	Other Information
	One way gate in effect from 11:00 P.M. until 8:00 A.M. with no entry between those hours. A night security person is on attendance on the site. Every vehicle in campsites must be registered at the Store/check-in and have a vehicle tag. 10 KM/hour speed limit is strictly enforced. Management will not be held responsible for non utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.

Management reserves the right to amend, to revise, and add to the Resort rules and regulations at any time.
